Kai Chang, DDS
Dr. Chang graduated from UCLA School of Dentistry with multiple honors. He completed his residency training at prestigious UCLA AEGD program where he received in-depth training in cosmetics, root canals, and implant dentistry. Dr. Chang also received a certificate in advanced surgical implant dentistry training through the Brazilian Association of Dental Surgeons. Dr. Chang is devoted to staying abreast of the forefront of dentistry via completing continuing education yearly and regularly participating at various study clubs.

As a dentist, he believes that each patient is unique, and his goal is to restore his patients’ oral health based on their individual needs using a conservative yet comprehensive approach.
Giving back has always been an integral part of Dr. Chang’s career. Dr. Chang has been active in the community to help those in need since he was an undergraduate student. He has participated in various dental mission trips around the world, including Honduras and Mexico.
Outside the office, Dr. Chang enjoys outdoor activities, such as hiking and watching UCLA football.
Paul J Kim, MD, DDS
Paul J Kim, MD, DDS is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and currently resides in Irvine, California. Dr. Kim grew up in San Francisco, California and completed his Bachelor of Science at University of California, Irvine in 2011. He then went to obtain his DDS at University of California, Los Angeles in 2015, and MD at University of California, San Francisco in 2019.
Dr. Kim completed his Oral and Maxillofacial residency training at University of California, San Francisco. During his 6-year training, he served as a resident physician at UCSF Medical Center, UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital, Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center, and San Francisco Veterans Affairs. His interests include the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with emphasis on Dentoalveolar surgery (dental extraction, bone grafting and implants), Orthognathic (corrective jaw surgery), Maxillofacial trauma, Temporomandibular Joint Disease, and Obstructive Sleep Apnea surgery. He also received rigorous training in anesthesia with UCSF Department of Anesthesiology and received residency training with UCSF Division of General Surgery.
Christopher Chun, DDS, MS
Dr. Christopher Chun is our root canal specialist. He recieved his master’s degree and completed his specialized training in endodontics at one of the top programs in the nation — the UCLA Endodontic Residency. Dr. Chun is also a clinical professor at the UCLA Endodontic Postgraduate Clinic where he stays up to date with the most current techniques in the field of endodontics. Dr. Chun is a Walnut native. He is excited to serve the community he grew up in.
